tkapp Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and tkapp ("tkapp", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tkapp website at tkapp.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and support services available therein. These Terms apply to all users regardless of location, but are specifically designed for users accessing the platform from Bangladesh.

tkapp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Each individual user is permitted to hold one and only one tkapp account. Registration is completed by providing your Bangladeshi mobile number and creating a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. tkapp may require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents accepted include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladesh passport (photo page and personal data page).
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (front and back).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account showing matching mobile number).

tkapp treats all KYC documentation with strict confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Submitting false or altered documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

tkapp supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit: subject to the payment method's own limits and any account-level limits set by tkapp.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
• KYC-verified accounts receive withdrawals within 30 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unverified accounts may face delays pending identity confirmation.
• tkapp does not charge processing fees on standard bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which tkapp accepts no liability.

All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, except where the player is withdrawing an amount equal to or less than their initial deposit and has not claimed any bonus. Withdrawals of bonus-funded balances are subject to the wagering requirements specified in each promotion's individual terms.

tkapp offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover). The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Free spin winnings are typically subject to a 30x wagering requirement.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically after this period.

tkapp is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting promotional loopholes, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or colluding with other players to manufacture low-risk wagering patterns to clear bonus requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using tkapp for any purpose other than genuine entertainment betting.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, probe, or otherwise interfere with the security, software, or infrastructure of tkapp.
• Registering on behalf of another person, sharing your account credentials with a third party, or allowing any other individual to access and operate your account.

tkapp employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Where unusual patterns are detected — including irregular betting sequences, rapid account switching, or payment anomalies — accounts may be flagged and placed under manual review without prior notice. During any review period, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tkapp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by tkapp's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. tkapp's aggregate liability to any user for all claims arising in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to tkapp during that same period.

tkapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or abuse of bonuses.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request has been made.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
